A carreira de Agente de Tributos continua. A nomea\u00e7\u00e3o e posse dos novos Agentes de Tributos e esses j\u00e1 em efetivo em exerc\u00edcio na Sefaz desde agosto de 2023, solidifica tal fato. Queria expurgar os ATES do Fisco, essa era a manobra do pessoal da ONG encalacrada na SEFAZ\/BA. Mas as leis 8.210 e 11.470, foram preservadas, frustrando, assim, a nefasta pretens\u00e3o de alguns daquele grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Agente de Tributos, continua a constituir o cr\u00e9dito tribut\u00e1rio, excetuando que s\u00f3 os novos Agentes de Tributos aprovados em 2022, est\u00e3o a lan\u00e7ar cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto posto, foi um triunfo para os ATES.&#8211; a n\u00e3o extin\u00e7\u00e3o do cargo de Agente Tributos. No entanto, paira algo discrepante em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 mesma carreira &#8212; uma categoria de Agentes de Tributos, a maioria detentora de forma\u00e7\u00e3o superior, especializa\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1rea de interesse da SEFAZ, alguns com mestrados e doutorados, a expertise de mais de trinta e cinco anos de servi\u00e7os prestados, experientes, competentes e extremamente profissionais que n\u00e3o mais efetuam o lan\u00e7amento do cr\u00e9dito tribut\u00e1rio , ap\u00f4s faz\u00ea-lo por 12 anos; outra, os novos Agentes de Tributos competentes para lavratura de autos de infra\u00e7\u00f5es e notifica\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 loucura reinante, institualizada na SEFAZ\/ BA, para expurgar algo t\u00e3o ins\u00f3lito &#8212; as mesmas carreiras fiscais, os mesmos cargos com atribui\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e3o convergentes, caberia , sim, a ado\u00e7\u00e3o da carreira \u00fanica. Mas vejamos a que ponto de maldade \u00e9 capaz de chegar o ser humano, ao propor a extin\u00e7\u00e3o de uma das partes, pouco se importando com as consequ\u00eancias danosas para mais de mil Agentes de Tributos ( ADI 4233 ) ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas a vaidade que fala mais forte, na acep\u00e7\u00e3o de fulanos de tais acharem-se os altaneiros servidores fiscais de proa. Fala mais forte, \u00e9 o requinte de crueldade, o sadismo de cidad\u00e3os de determinada institui\u00e7\u00e3o da qual n\u00e3o vale apena mencionar os nomes, camaradas esses que juntaram o que h\u00e1 neles de mais perverso e delet\u00e9rio, associado \u00e0 exacerbada insensibilidade de pouco se importarem com as perdas de cargos de mais de mil Agentes de Tributos ao encaminharem \u00e0 Procuradoria Geral do Estado , consulta, ou no seu bojo, proposta de extin\u00e7\u00e3o do cargo de Agentes de Tributos remanescentes do concurso de 1987. Os ATEs que fizeram concurso apenas com exig\u00eancia de n\u00edvel m\u00e9dio. E doutro bordo, cria\u00e7\u00e3o da carreira \u00fanica para os novos ATEs ( cargo de n\u00edvel superior ) .Era isso que estava em foco? O que subtendia-se da consulta \u00e0 PGE, antes da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do certame que aprovou em 2022 , os Agentes de Tributos ( novos autuadores)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que bonzinhos! O que se escondia nos bastidores dessa consulta? Ou nas entrelinhas, proposta de Carreira \u00danica para uns, extin\u00e7\u00e3o de carreira para outros?
