Em contrapartida, avilta-nos , escabrosos casos de julgamentos pela capa do processo &#8212; condena\u00e7\u00f5es em primeira e segunda inst\u00e2ncias em seis meses, passando mais de duas centenas de processos \u00e0 frente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o param por a\u00ed, as discrep\u00e2ncias que envolvem o Sistema Judici\u00e1rio brasileiro .Perde- se a conta de hist\u00f3rias de algu\u00e9m que fora preso por 3 anos, por portar 3 gramas de maconha. Em Polo oposto , assistiu-se pela tev\u00ea, amplamente divulgado, o absurdo e contradi\u00e7\u00e3o gritantes daquele famoso helic\u00f3ptero, pego com.a m\u00e3o na butija, transportando 500 quilos de coca\u00edna! .O autor da fa\u00e7anha, nem foi admoestado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somando a todas incongru\u00eancias vigentes, o Brasil tem um sistema prisional demasiadamente caro, arcaico, ultrapassado, superlotado, onde a criminalidade mais aumenta. E o Judici\u00e1rio n\u00e3o recupera o indiv\u00edduo, o devolve bem pior para a sociedade, tendo como c\u00famplice a Justi\u00e7a mercen\u00e1ria, que cobra caro pelos seus servi\u00e7os. Cobra muito caro. A aposta dobra!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o raro, quem paga a custa da pris\u00e3o arbitr\u00e1ria e injusta, \u00e9 o pobre, o desprovido de recursos para pagar a um bom advogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pergunte ao pobre, ao ladr\u00e3o de galinha, ao negro, ao \u00edndio, ao mendigo, \u00e0 prostituta , quanto a Justi\u00e7a custa &#8230;De pronto responder\u00e3o:- Ora, que filho da puta!N\u00e3o conhecemos a Justi\u00e7a !Conhecemos seu lado perverso&#8230;O lado inverso:O descaso, a pris\u00e3o!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Justi\u00e7a \u00e0s vezes, n\u00e3o \u00e9 v\u00e1lida, nem pra quem pode pagar por sua prote\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jucklin C.
