Por enquanto o segundo maior esc\u00e2ndalo financeiro do munic\u00edpio de Feira de Santana pode ser consolidado com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do BRT, o primeiro continua sendo a opera\u00e7\u00e3o Pityocampa, na \u00e1rea de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essa especula\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 sendo fomentada pelo povo.
Os coment\u00e1rios s\u00e3o diversificados, recentemente surgiu entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o bem maior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trata-se dos coment\u00e1rios sobre a desativa\u00e7\u00e3o dos m\u00f3dulos do BRT. O fato pode ocorrer antes mesmo que eles entrem em funcionamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A obra foi anunciada em mar\u00e7o de 2013 com entrega prevista para 2017. Estamos em dezembro de 2019 e a informa\u00e7\u00e3o passada pelo Secret\u00e1rio de Planejamento, Carlos Brito, \u00e9 de que n\u00e3o existe previs\u00e3o para sua inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A obra inicialmente foi or\u00e7ada em R$ 87 milh\u00f5es de reais e com aditivos de contrato o valor at\u00e9 meados desse ano ultrapassa a casa dos R$120 milh\u00f5es de reais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se o financiamento \u00e9 feito pela Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, n\u00e3o existem dificuldades nem justificativa para atrasos, os recursos s\u00e3o liberados conforme desenvolvimento da obra, a n\u00e3o ser que a Prefeitura deixou de cumprir com a contrapartida, e os aditivos n\u00e3o foram reconhecidos. Ou outros motivos s\u00e3o mantidos em sigilo por conveni\u00eancia financeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esse BRT \u00e9 mais um calcanhar de Aquiles na administra\u00e7\u00e3o desse grupo liderado pelo ex-prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo de Carvalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal deveria investigar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos federais destinados ao BRT em Feira de Santana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os ares est\u00e3o putrefatos, esses odores s\u00f3 n\u00e3o afetam os interessados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dizem que o tempo \u00e9 o senhor da raz\u00e3o, no entanto, o desvio do dinheiro p\u00fablico \u00e9 a senten\u00e7a de morte antecipada, dos seres humanos mais humildes do nosso munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
